Our name is derived from Ephesians 2:10 which states:
“For we are God’s workmanship (translated from the Greek word poiēma),
created in Christ Jesus for good works (to pursue Justice),
which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
By merging poiēma + justice, we have forged a new word; POETICE.

In 2009, our story emerged from a single person crying out against injustice.
Over time, that solitary voice grew into a choir of individuals, from all walks of life, united in our pursuit of justice.
As we’ve grown, we’ve become a global family of dreamers & doers committed to making wrongs right while empowering others to do the same.
Hand in hand, we are fighting to see broken relationships restored & lives forever transformed.
Where there is brokenness, we seek restoration.
Where darkness dwells, we shine a light.
Everywhere we go we encounter God at work. We find the Holy Spirit inviting us to participate in His work through both the proclamation & demonstration of the gospel.
We long to see His Kingdom come & His will be done, on Earth, as it is in Heaven.
